Meet the Founder
Hi, I'm Jess, the owner of MCO Team Shop, a lifelong athlete, youth softball coach, sports mom, and someone who believes the best memories are made together.
What started as creating custom sports team gifts and league apparel for local teams, has grown into something much bigger. Today, I partner with sports teams, clubs, leagues, businesses, schools, and community organizations to create online private team shops that make ordering simple while celebrating the people who make every season memorable.
The Story Behind MCO
Youth sports gave me friendships, unforgettable memories, and lessons that shaped who I am today. As a former athlete, youth softball coach, and sports mom, I've experienced firsthand the impact a positive team environment can have on a child's confidence, growth, and sense of belonging.
I also saw how much time coaches, volunteers, and parents spend managing apparel and orders instead of focusing on the kids.
I created MCO Team Shop to simplify the process through online private team shops while helping organizations create pride, unity, and lasting memories.
Because when the logistics are taken care of, coaches and families can spend more time doing what matters most: building confident kids and stronger communities.
